Yes. Marron Bakery serves customers throughout Metro Manila. Customers may arrange delivery by booking their preferred courier service, such as GrabExpress or Lalamove, for pick-up from our store. Self-pickup is also available at our branches during business hours. To ensure your cake is freshly prepared and ready on time, we recommend placing your order in advance. Our team will coordinate the pickup schedule with you and have your order ready for your chosen courier or personal pickup.

Our crème brûlée cakes are carefully wrapped in thick plastic to maintain freshness for up to 3 hours with the rider’s thermal bags. For extended freshness of up to 6 hours, you can opt to purchase our insulated bags.

To guarantee the optimal quality of our creme brulee cakes during your trip, please freeze them in advance. If your travel time spans 1 to 3 hours, you can temporarily store the cakes in an air-conditioned place and chill them again upon arrival. We strongly advise using Marron Bakery’s insulated bag for longer trips, as it will maintain the cakes’ freshness up to 6 hours. Our cakes must be hand-carried, especially during air transit. Remember to promptly transfer the cakes to the freezer once you reach your destination. Rest assured that our cakes will maintain their original taste and texture after thawing.

Marron Bakery is not a wheat, dairy, egg, soy, or nut-free environment. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination with these allergens has not occurred, even if a product doesn’t directly contain them. All orders placed on www.marronbakery.com are final, as our products are perishable. Once your order is in progress, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 2 days of pickup. You can email us at sales.marronbakery@gmail.com. Please be aware that returns for perishable products are not accepted.

For same-day orders, we are unable to make any changes to the products. All items will be produced and delivered exactly as described on the menu.
If you need to modify your gift message or pickup details, please notify us at least 2 business days before the date on your order form. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications for requests made less than 2 business days before the scheduled pickup.
