You can find Marron Bakery at our SM Mall of Asia branch, located on the 3rd Level Food Hall, Main Building. We also have our main cafe, Cafe Marron, at Diamond Square Congressional, Quezon City.

Our cakes are thoughtfully crafted with minimal sugar, premium ingredients, and fresh fruits, all made from scratch. We cater to individuals with health concerns by offering a range of options, including vegan and sugar-free alternatives. Our regular cakes are made with natural flavors and contain no preservatives, providing a healthier, more indulgent treat.

● Freezer: All Crème Brûlée variants stay fresh for up to 1 week when stored in their cake box, wrapped in our plastic carrier bag.
● Chiller: Cakes remain fresh for up to 3 days.

Our cakes retain their original flavor and texture after thawing. You can enjoy them semi-frozen for an ice cream-like consistency or fully thawed for a creamy, light texture—it’s all up to your preference!

For same day requests, we have a limited supply. Please send us a message through our FB or IG account to check if we can accommodate your order. Otherwise, we ask for a 2 day lead time.

Our crème brûlée cakes are carefully wrapped in thick plastic to maintain freshness for up to 3 hours with the rider’s thermal bags. For extended freshness of up to 6 hours, you can opt to purchase our insulated bags.

To guarantee the optimal quality of our creme brulee cakes during your trip, please freeze them in advance. If your travel time spans 1 to 3 hours, you can temporarily store the cakes in an air-conditioned place and chill them again upon arrival. We strongly advise using Marron Bakery’s insulated bag for longer trips, as it will maintain the cakes’ freshness up to 6 hours. Our cakes must be hand-carried, especially during air transit. Remember to promptly transfer the cakes to the freezer once you reach your destination. Rest assured that our cakes will maintain their original taste and texture after thawing.

Marron Bakery is not a wheat, dairy, egg, soy, or nut-free environment. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination with these allergens has not occurred, even if a product doesn’t directly contain them. When checking out, simply provide the recipient’s details in the delivery address section. Be sure to double-check the information to avoid delays. All orders placed on www.marronbakery.com are final, as our products are perishable. Once your order is in progress, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 2 days of pickup. You can email us at sales.marronbakery@gmail.com. Please be aware that returns for perishable products are not accepted.

For same-day orders, we are unable to make any changes to the products. All items will be produced and delivered exactly as described on the menu.
If you need to modify your gift message or pickup details, please notify us at least 2 business days before the date on your order form. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications for requests made less than 2 business days before the scheduled pickup.
To ensure your changes are processed, please contact us via DM or call during office hours as early as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request and appreciate your understanding.
